It’s election day Tuesday November 8th and the enterprise value specialists at Ceibass are hoping that you “elect” to get out and vote.

“You count. Your vote matters. Make sure you vote,” said Tom Fochtman, Ceibass CEO. “Fundamentally, we exchange our vote for promises from the candidates we choose. By voting we participate in the democratic process. Is it a civic responsibility? It isn’t mandatory, but it is a privilege of citizenship. It’s a duty and a responsibility. Make the effort. Get up, get out and vote.”

Regardless of who or what issues you vote for or against the team at Ceibass hopes that you elect or choose candidates that are:

  • Respectful – accepting people for who they are, even when they are different then we are or if we do not agree with them
  • Civilized –well-mannered, reasonable people
  • Fair –equitable, inclusive, open, and honest
  • Trustworthy – sincere, competent, and reliable
  • Willing to listen – lack of arrogance, receptive, and tolerant
  • Kind — not malicious, generous in nature, and helpful
  • Honorable – believing in truth and doing the right thing
