The enterprise value specialists at Ceibass are communicating with you today about a cause very dear to their hearts, and they hope, to yours as well.
Eight months ago, the lawn and landscape industry lost an exceptional member of our community, Kevin Kehoe, to a hard-fought battle with cancer. Kevin was not only the founder of Aspire Software and a mentor to countless landscape professionals, but he was also the 2022 Lifetime Leadership Award recipient, an honor that was a testament to his unwavering commitment to our industry.
“Kevin dedicated himself to the improvement of the landscape and lawn care industry through his mentorship, practical solutions, and the creation of Aspire Software,” said Tom Fochtman, Ceibass CEO. “His impact extended beyond the business realm, as he also founded the Kehoe Family Foundation to support causes that aligned with his values, including education, entrepreneurship, and cancer research.
“One of Kevin’s most enduring passions was the education and development of the next generation of landscape industry leaders. This was evident in his role as a NALP Foundation Scholarship Ambassador, his lead championing of the annual NALP Foundation Scholarship Reception, and his continual stress on the importance of supporting students.”
To honor Kevin’s legacy, NALP Foundation established a scholarship fund in his name which aims to support and empower students in landscape and lawn care programs. Unfortunately, the Kevin Kehoe Scholarship Fund is currently underfunded.
“Today, I reach out to you, our NALP family, to help us rectify this. I am pleased to announce that The Kevin Kehoe Foundation has generously pledged $100,000 in matching donations for the NALP scholarship fund,” added Tom. “So, I invite you to contribute to the Kevin Kehoe Scholarship Fund. I’ve made my contribution, and I hope you will as well. Let’s ensure Kevin’s legacy of education and mentorship continues to flourish, and that we support the bright, emerging talents in our industry.”
